Toni Boos, Psy.D.

Toni Boos, Psy.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist who earned her doctorate degree in clinical psychology from Adler University in 2017. Throughout her graduate training, Dr. Boos worked with children, adolescents, and families in a range of clinical settings including a therapeutic day school, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program, and an outpatient pediatric developmental center. She completed her predoctoral internship year with the Virginia Beach, VA public school system serving in the role of a school psychologist. Dr. Boos completed her post-doctoral internship with Compass Health Center, approximately five years ago. Since then, she has worked in various roles at Compass including group therapist, primary clinical therapist, exposure therapist, and currently associate director of child programming in Northbrook. Dr. Boos co-created the School Anxiety and School Refusal track at Compass and continues to oversee this track and train clinicians in exposure and response prevention. Dr. Boos is passionate about supporting youth and families coping with school anxiety and refusal and enjoys partnering with school districts to bring awareness to this ongoing mental health issue.
